Nathan Kreuzer is a grade 12 student at Salmo Secondary School.

Some of his accomplishments are level 1 first aid, Bronze cross, Bronze medallion, Bronze star, as well as six years of teaching kids how to skate via the Canskate figure skating program.

Nathan wanted to become a Student Trustee because he wants to have a better understanding of how our school district functions and how things like the allocation of funds is determined. Another reason he chose to become Student Trustee is the fact that he aims to see change made at a district wide level and give a voice to the kids who are in need. Knowing how the district operates will allow him to explain things to his peers from an informed point of view.

Nathan’s plan for the future is to become a pharmacist. This career path that will allow him to have a secure future as well as help people with their problems and get to know his community. A career in Pharmacy will provide him with the funds to donate to charity while gaining an intricate knowledge of what people need which will allow him to support the people in his community.
