Measure 3.3: Middle Years Development Instrument (MDI) (Connected, Safe, Welcome) and Measure 3.1: Percentage of students in grades 4 and 7 who feel welcome and safe at school, who have a sense
of belonging in their school, and who believe there are adults at school care about them. The MDI is completed every 3 years.
